The hard truths Australia can no longer avoid
Represented by Environment Justice Australia, the Human Rights Law Centre and Earthjustice, 10 Australians have filed a human rights claim against the Australian government before the United Nations Human Rights Committee. This “Hard Truths case” argues the government is failing to protect them from foreseeable climate harm.
